Mahkamah Agung (MA) telah menerima berkas peninjauan kembali (PK) Basuki Tjahaja Purnama alias Ahok. Mantan Gubernur DKI Jakarta tersebut mengajukan PK atas vonis dua tahun bui yang ia terima atas kasus penistaan agama.

"Informasi berkas sudah dikirim ke MA. Perjalanan surat masuk lewat umum dulu," kata Kepala Biro Hukum dan Hubungan Masyarakat MA Abdullah melalui pesan pendek di Jakarta, Selasa, 6 Maret 2018.
