MA Pastikan Ahok Tak Bisa Ajukan PK 2 Kali

Basuki Tjahaja Purnama atau Ahok tengah mengajukan peninjauan kembali (PK) ke Mahkamah Agung atas dakwaan penodaan agama yang membuatnya harus dipenjara dua tahun. Juru Bicara Mahkamah Agung Suhadi memastikan upaya pengajuan PK ini akan jadi yang pertama dan terakhir bagi Ahok. "Kalau melihat apa yang sudah digariskan Mahkamah Agung itu adalah final, satu kali.

 Hanya satu kali dan tidak boleh ada PK lain," kata Suhadi dalam program AIMAN yang tayang di Kompas TV, Senin (5/3/2018).
